AMERICAN TRIBAL STYLE BELLY DANCE (LEVEL 1 - DANCE FUNDAMENTALS)
MONDAY 6:00p Palmdale Oasis Park, Palmdale

SATURDAY 11:00a Spice It Up Dance Studio, Lancaster

Students will learn basic belly dance moves and combinations of American Tribal Style belly dance (ATS) in the FCBD format using slow movements and fast steps focusing on group improvisation to get you dancing in your first class! This class also includes isolations, strengthening, drills & technique, and an introduction to zils (finger cymbals). Geared toward the new student, but vital to continuing students for refinement, this class establishes a strong foundation. This class runs as a 6-week cycle, however, you are welcome to start at any time or drop-in on this class after the course has started as we have plenty of review built into each class. Performance opportunities available.

TRIBAL FUSION BELLY DANCE (LEVEL 1)
TUESDAY 7:30p Cedar Performing Arts Academy, Lancaster

This class focuses on learning basics and includes isolation, drills, steps and combos, and choreography. Adding a modern twist to an ancient dance, Tribal Fusion stretches the boundaries of Tribal Style Belly Dance by blending the movements of traditional belly dance and basic tribal techniques with the stylistic influences of Hip Hop, Flamenco, Modern, and other world dance forms to to create a truly unique and challenging style all its own. This class runs as a 4-week series. Performance opportunities available. Register at CPAA.

TRIBAL FUSION CHOREOGRAPHY, TECHNIQUE & DRILLS (LEVEL 2)
WEDNESDAY 7:00p Spice It Up Dance Studio, Lancaster
Students must have completed at least one session of Level 1 Tribal Fusion or ATS or taking concurrently with this class.

Adding a modern twist to an ancient dance, Tribal Fusion stretches the boundaries of Tribal Style Belly Dance by blending the movements of traditional belly dance and basic tribal techniques with the stylistic influences of Hip Hop, Flamenco, Modern, and other world dance forms to create a truly unique and challenging style all its own. AMERICAN TRIBAL STYLE BELLY DANCE (LEVEL 2)

Prior completion of Level 1 is required.

This class focuses on American Tribal Style Belly Dance in the FCBD format and runs as a 12-week series however, you are welcome to start at any time or drop-in on this class after the course has started as we have plenty of review built into each class. Students must have instructor approval to attend this class. Performance opportunities available.

CHILDREN'S BELLY DANCE
SATURDAY 12:00n Spice It Up Dance Studio, Lancaster

Learn basic belly dance steps while building coordination and self-esteem, This class is for ages 6 through 11. Children ages 9 and up with the ability to focus on class instruction are welcome to enroll in the adult classes with their mother or an adult female guardian. LITTLE LOTUS BELLY DANCE (FOR TEENS AGES 13 TO 17)
SATURDAY 1:00p Spice It Up Dance Studio, Lancaster

Tribal style belly dance for teens. Teens are welcome to take the adult classes as well, although, this class is specifically for ages 13 to 17. Learn belly dance with isolations, drills, technique, steps and combos, choreography and improv. Performance opportunities available.

Class fees at Spice It Up Dance Studio or Palmdale Oasis Park are as follows:
Drop in Rate: $10 per class
Prepaid 4 Class Card $35 = $8.75 per class
Prepaid 6 Class Card $52 = $8.50 per class
Prepaid 8 Class Card $64 = $8.00 per class
Prepaid 12 Class Card $90 = $7.50 per class

30-Day Unlimited Class Pass $100 = Good for all classes except CPAA

Children's Classes (ages 6 to 11) are $20 for a 4-class punch card.
